Is your bag damaged?
Then you can return the bag easily and within 14 days. In that case please contact our customer service.
Returns by post
Orders can be returned to our return address by post. Don't forget to mention your name and order number. It takes an average of 3 to 5 business days before you see the purchase amount of your returned order.
If you have opted for PayPal, it can take up to 15 business days before the amount is visible to your account. Returning an order by post is for your own account.
